Orsetto Hotel - Sevan

Spent Xmas here and it was awesome! Loved the beach facilities, especially the sun-beds and water activities! the food was delicious, and the staff was so friendly and welcoming. it was great to have a restaurant on the property, and the location couldn't have been better!

The room could use some improvement. the sofas were old and worn out, and the mattress was pretty hard.

We loved staying at this hotel with its amazing location on the first coastline and direct access to the beach. The facilities were great with clean and spacious rooms that were equipped with air conditioning and refrigerators. The breakfasts were tasty and plentiful, and the staff were friendly and always willing to help.

We spent our Christmas break in a hotel nearby the beach. We appreciated the good and inexpensive meals offered in the hotel restaurant, as well as the well-equipped beach with sun-beds and changing rooms. , the location being on the first coastline was a big plus, allowing us to easily enjoy the view of the sea. Lastly, we were happy to find out that the hotel was pet-friendly, as we traveled with our furry friend.

The check-in condition of our room was not satisfactory due to crumbled carpet and a hairy drain, it seemed like a quick cleaning had been done before our arrival. the room sofa had torn upholstery which gave the room a dated look.

Located right on the water's edge, the hotel boasts an impressive beachfront. the delicious and hearty breakfast provides the perfect start to your day. the hotel room comes complete with all the amenities you need, including air conditioning and a refrigerator.

Although the facilities are decent, the cleaning could be more thorough.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel thanks to their exclusive amenities. the beachfront location is perfect, with a well-equipped private facilities and access to many water activities. the garden area adds to the serene environment. the restaurant offered delicious food and the bar/lounge area was perfect for enjoying an evening drink.

The room had minor issues with torn upholstery and a firm mattress, but still offered exclusive advantages. the air conditioning and fridge were appreciated, but the toilet had a slight smell without the hood on.

Good and cheap food, friendly staff, well-equipped beach, many water activities offered, first coastline location, restaurant on site.

Didn't dislike anything about the hotel.
